The front panel includes two reinforced stretch pockets with dummy cord tabs, a tapered center sleeve for tools like hemostats, and internal routing for retractors. Inside, a gusseted zippered mesh pocket and reinforced internal dividers keep gear secure and accessible.

Behind it all is a concealed Quick Draw compartment, sized for most pistols and accessible from either side. Lined with Velcro and outfitted with paracord loops, this pocket can double as a compact workstation when you’re not carrying a sidearm.
